2021年09月11日，我院骨一科为患者程女士成功实施肩关节镜手术，肩关节镜手术复杂，技术难度较大，该例手术为我院头例肩关节镜手术，它的完成填补了我院肩关节镜手术的空白。
家住标里镇的程女士半月余前因外伤致右肩部疼痛伴活动受限，严重影响日常劳动及生活。近日患者前来我院骨一科就诊，门诊医师金善德主任经详细查体及问诊后，考虑其为右肩袖损伤，收入我院骨一科治疗，患者入院后，责任医师盛勇经详细查体、问诊，结合患者检查报告，诊断为右肩袖损伤、右侧冈上肌腱损伤。根据程女士的病情，我科主任医师金善德主任带领我科全体医护人员经详细病情讨论后，决定为其实施肩关节镜微创手术治疗，同时制定详细的手术方案及术前准备。
9月11日，征得患者及家属同意后，省中医院刘涛主任亲自主刀，同时在骨一科金善德主任、盛勇主治医师、麻醉科及手术室等医护人员的密切配合下，在全麻下行“右肩关节镜下探查+右侧冈上肌腱缝合修补术”，仅通过4个1cm左右的皮肤切口顺利完成该手术，目前患者自述感觉良好，未有不良症状。
