患者邢秀侠，女，49岁；因"全身水肿1月，胸闷气喘3天"入院。患者气喘胸闷，心包填塞症状明显，休克心律失常频繁出现。查胸部CT及心脏彩超提示：大量心包积液。
为缓解病人痛苦，减轻心包压塞症状，重症医学科于2021年10月22日上午，在超声引导下行心包穿刺引流术，手术顺利，引流出约200ml淡黄色心包积液，术后患者胸闷气喘症状缓解。
心包穿刺引流术是心包积液患者重要的抢救措施，挽救病人于危急之中，快速解除患者痛苦，超声引导下可起到精准、微创、可视化的优点。超声引导下穿刺技术的成功开展体现了多学科专业化配合协作的能力，也提高了科室人员对开展新技术、新项目的积极性。
